This is the largest bedroom in Tŷ Castell with a listed ceiling and original mirror above the traditional fireplace. With pink tapestry from Trefriw Woollen Mills in Dyffryn Conwy, this first floor room has a light and relaxing atmosphere and is named after Blodeuwedd – the one created especially out of flowers. The bedroom’s bay window offers a view on to the old High Street to the Porth Mawr (East Gate) and down towards Porth yr Aur (West Gate / Golden Gate) and the Menai Strait.

The bedroom is available as a twin or super-king and the headboard has been created using old shelving from the old shop storeroom in the cellar. Wi-fi, television, tea and coffee facilities are provided in addition to a wardrobe and easy chairs. There is a large bathroom within the room which includes a bath and shower, luxury towels and body-wash products.
